private number plate
this may be a really silly questions but bear with me i am very blonde at times!!!
am buying a car hopefully to collect on fri and was hoping to put a personal plate straight onto, so when i buy the reg from DVLA can i just give them the name of the person who is on the registration at the moment or do i have to wait and change it into my name first then buy the newplate
what i had hoped to do was collect the car take it to the DVLA office near me and get it taxed and re registered into my name with the new plate all at the same time
