Hey T J
We have a lot in common....I am just contemplating whether to fill the heating oil tank   (71p a litre at last check!!! & I`ve go a 1000 litre tank!!!)) or wait a while!!! plus my water is all from bore hole....great... no water rates!!! (& I`m not going to tell the water authority!!).0 -

Don`t know Norfolk at all....been to Cromer & Gt Yarmouth once...lots of `b` roads as I remember!!
We live on ....(not even a c road) an unclassified road. It has grass growing in the middle and is full of potholes. Jokingly termed a "quiet lane" at a cost of several thousand to the council it teems with traffic using it as a rat run in the morning.
I nearly wet myself watching people stuck behind the combines yesterday :rotfl:1/11/06 -1/06/07 BSC #42

I get my oil about 3p a litre better than they offer by haggling. Also if you can buy 6 instead of 500 or 1100 instead of 1000, you may gat a better deal.
I`ve got a 2500 litre tank and am putting off buying for another few weeks. I reckon on paying no more than about 50p due to quantity and haggling down. I also pay cash on delivery which saves any credit charge:T1/11/06 -1/06/07 BSC #42

Getting all those jumpers ready for the winter!! or else will have to sleep with dogs to keep me warm!!! :rotfl: :rotfl:
Its summer here & still have an oil filled radiator on as I type this!!!! very remote & very high up!!!0 -

Thats a shocking price though.
My parents just had a quote to get a woodburner installed and it was such a high price they decided to stick with gas. Its great if you already have it, but a heck of a price if you have to start from scratch.
Theres so much wood that gets blown up onto Blackpool beach though that it seems a shameThe first time we said hello, was the first time we said goodbye. As the angels took your tiny hand and flew you to the sky-you forever left us breathless. RIP my beautiful granddaughter0
