    I dont know what to do now,i know my OH cant go through another hearing, but if she does not there is a strong chance they will win by default, so what do i do? challenge a judges discision head on:confused:

    I cant help feeling thats not a good plan, but what else can i do?:wall:

    My only problem with that is i turned to Trading standerds for help, they destroyed my defence by ignoring the relavent legaslation (delibratly or through arrogence/incompetance i will let you decide)

    And as the claiment uses a lot of local solicitors to appear for them how do i know who i can trust?
