Bl00dy courts, they have set aside the judgement from the begining of the month on my OH case, with no justification from the small amount of info i have managed to get from the court:mad: :mad: :mad:

It means that the court struck the case out because the other side could no be bothered to turn up, but now they have cliamed they wrote to the court saying they would not that makes it all ok again and we are back to square one

I've been going round and round like that since April on my OH's case. I have another letter due to the court this Friday. It suits me for the moment and i'm pleased its dragging on.

Its not the same in this case FYP, we won, but because the relavent papers where not available at the hearing, it means the judge has overturned the other judges discision, without any merit as far as i can see.
