CAG are wonderful for AQs. THere is a whole section on it but be sure to get specific advice for yours. I'll probably see you over there today as I have another one to fill in and also a defence for another CC. I'm scared of going to court but will not back down!

I have been told that it is possible to speak on her behalf, but ive seen a post or two on CAG where the judge didnt allow it, so im a bit confused on that bit, whether it is allowed at the judges discrection, or if you have the right to nominate someone to speak for the defendent in court Thats it, i am done, Blind-as-a-Bat has left the forum, for good this time, there is no way I can recover this account, as the password was random, and not recorded, and the email used no longer exits, nor can be recovered to recover the account, goodbye all ………….

There is a space on the AQ asking if someone will be representing you. I wonder if this only means legal representative? I will ask that question when I post on CAG this afternoon and let you know.

Just popped in for a quick pint but its like a ghost town in here tonight, tumbleweed blowing around. It was 2 years last week since that fateful day and for all the newbies, it gets a lot better, just give it time.
