I'll have a double Jameson's on ice, please bartender!
  • allocation questionnaire, its stage three in an CCJ court case, so looks like they intend to press it all the way to court, even though the debt has IMO been unlawfully assign to them so they have no case:rolleyes:

And im tired of playing pointless games with these muppets, i have better things to do with my life:mad:
Thats it, i am done, Blind-as-a-Bat has left the forum, for good this time, there is no way I can recover this account, as the password was random, and not recorded, and the email used no longer exits, nor can be recovered to recover the account, goodbye all …………. :(

Yep, by the time they have done the legal bill will be more than the origanal alleged debt:confused:

Now there is a sensible system, we couldnt afford the organel debt (if the OC could prove it existed), so i know, why not double it:confused:

    crazy:rolleyes:

  • How bizarre! Are they the original creditor, or a DCA? I take it your OH isn't BR then, which is almost a shame!
  • Sorry, just saw OC - guessing that stands for original creditor! Bit slow tonight!

They are a DCA, the debt was sold to them, and sent straight to court before we even where told it had been sold, which in itself was ulawfull as the default notice from the OC was invalid, the account in was also in dispute, so asignment was prohibited, supposedy:rolleyes:

By taking it straight to court the new owners are in serious breach of legal protacol to boot.

But all that means nothing when our legal system favours creditors, even when acting unlawfully.

The problem is im not sur my OH can go to court, her medical depresion may prevent it.

If it was just me i would be OK, in fact i would enjoy it, but she is not strong enough to go through a court hearing, if it gets that far

  • I'm really sorry to hear about your problems, baab. Really hope they get sorted without having to drag your OH through the courts.

I've got to go - OH has been doing his accounts all day and is very crabby - doesn't like me chatting on here too much:rolleyes:!

    Night all! ;)
