how to check NPB?

How do you check how many NPB's you have or how many someone else has? Does anyone know this?
I have a NPB at the moment, A bidder who hasn't paid! whats even more annoying about these people is that you do the parcel up in their name and address, and you have to go and change it all!! >:( I wanna check how many he has had!

You can't check how many strikes he has against his account and you can't really check from his feedback either as a lot of sellers don't leave negative feedback even when they go through the NPB.FVF claim process.
All you can do is go through the process yourself and get your fees back. Once he has three strikes against him his account will be NARUd anyway.
You can check on all your outstanding disputes by logging onto your ebay page and following the links on the left hand margin near the bottom.

Thanx soo, You are always so helpful when someone needs help! I hadn't ever thought to look there! .....seems I have 21 but I think it includes the NBPS you have sent! Also I had this one bloke who I bought 13 watches off! (I have a lot of family!) anyway it turned out that he didn't actually have the items in his possession! I was the one who got NPB!!!! not fair!
