Just click order your report and it will come up as zero cost £0.00
Since when has the world of computer software design been about what people want? This is a simple question of evolution. The day is quickly coming when every knee will bow down to a silicon fist, and you will all beg your binary gods for mercy.

Apparently the U with a red line through it is:

    Not Updated

Equifax is not receiving updates to your payment history from your credit grantor. Please contact your credit grantor if you feel this is an error.

Which helps me not! Is this bad?

    Is this bad?

    I don't think it's bad.
I see it on catalogue accounts that I haven't used for a while., so I think some companies do not send updates if you don't have any activity.

In general if you have accounts you aren't using and aren't likely to use soon then my advice is to shut them down.
There are a number of reasons

    1) Available credit can limit new credit even if it's unused.
    2) Lots of open accounts gives more potential for fraud.
    3) Having unnecessary accounts makes it harder to manage if you move house or suffer id fraud.
    4) It excludes you from "NEW" customer offers.

In general I try to minimise what I have and leave cards I'm not using in the safe at home rather than carry my "wordly goods" in my handbag/purse/wallet.

I'm assuming where the last mark is a green S (settled) that's the equivalent of the account being closed?

What's happened is like the first payment to Orange for my phone was a U with a red line through, then loads of greens and an S with green to finish off....

Just seems like the first one was so long ago it's not recorded or something :S

Thanks for all your help :)
