Having discovered that, in a battle between a Sony Vaio and gravity, gravity is likely to win, I'm looking to get my laptop repaired in Central /West London.
The wifi cart slot is damaged, so it need aopening up and looking at.
Can anyone recommend a good place?
Thanks in advance

My previous Vaio had an 'argument' with gravity and the Vaio won! Although the lid was damaged the machine still worked.
My current Vaio however, had an argument with my grandson. Grandson won, he had been battering away at the mouse while playing an internet game and the mouse became loose and 'clunky'. Luckily my son's employer repaired the mechanism. It involved removing around 40 screws, plates, springs etc, repairing the fault, gluing to strengthen and replacing all the parts. He said it would have cost around £100 for Sony to repair, he charged two large size Cadbury Dairy Milk bars.
There are some repair shops online and their prices seem to be around £100.
