Logic Directors

Directors of a company are responsible and accountable for their employees' actions.
Blimey Harrassed - I've just been reading your missives on another consumer site and now I come across this one. I'm not sure which company has angered you in the past, but I'm not going to cross you!!

They don't have a case , they are totally in the wrong, and backed out very quickly when a letter of Full and Final settlement was produced with original receipt. They will argue they were instructed by their clients but their clients deny this was ever sent to them. So they can fight it out between themselves, but one of them is responsible for the expenses incurred. I don't care which one. I am sure the client will make an offer because of their clear emabarassment of a closed account getting into the hands of Logic 3 years and 3 months later.
Isin't this interesting

I agree, there is no defence to their actions for either party,
This is a blatant case of !!!!!! poor management and administration, I think you are right that the original creditor may well see their way to reimbursing you to avoid any adverse attention from the relevant statutory authorities, or any negative publicity.
It is then for them to chose if they want to pursue Logic ( which I doubt) as they make far to much money for the creditors by undertaking this despicable and unprofessional behaviour:rolleyes: It’s hard enough remembering my opinions - without remembering my reasons for them :rolleyes:0 -
Send it the home address. It will get their attention and you are doing nothing wrong.0

Power to the people!!"YOU WANT THE CASH? YOU CAN'T HANDLE THE CASH"0

at the end of the day where do you think Logic gets their details from??? They dont just pluck out from thin air!! They are sent the details from the client to pursue and will pursue until told otherwise. Mistakes happen. They have acknowledged its closed - get a life.0

So Jason you are supposed to just ignore threatening letters and final demands just because it was a mistake!! Just suppose my dear friend hadn't found his letter, and he was made to pay again. Get a life ??Yes he was trying to untill Logic dropped the demanding letters through his letterbox. Having paid his debt to this company it reappear's 3 years later. Yes mistakes do happen but how many and how often??? and who cares is there motto..........Perhaps you have an invested interest in logic :rolleyes:0
