Use the Companies House link above. Order a copy of the Annual Return (cost £1), that has the names of the directors of the company on it.

Thanks Harrassed all done and dusted so to speak.Got the Directors name that we need and list of their accounts.....interesting. We are putting are final touches to the letter and it will be posted tomorrow :T
I doubt very much they will even reply but mistakes should be accounted for otherwise it would continue. Obviously something has happened because the client and them are now saying account closed.mmmm I wonder why . I suspect they want to keep it closed because this has been a clear case of incompetance.

What a gem you are Harrassed, I have now got the list of Directors names and home addresses do you think it will be against the law to send our letter to the local one to the office????? Thoughts appreciated I mean the nearest Directors address to the office.

I think you may be best to send it to the office only, any communication direct to a private residence of a company director could be misconstrued as undue harassment ( ironic I know ! )

best way to get you point across is not to make it "personal" and direct it at the company / director at his place of work, as has also be mentioned c.c in Trading standards and the office of fair trading, this will hurt them far more than a letter to their home address !

Why would it be against the law? The very fact that directors' home addresses have to be listed is part of the law (Companies Acts).

Directors of a company are responsible and accountable for their employees' actions.

indeed it is………, as a means of tracing them should the need arise, however for a matter of this nature there is no "need" to use the home address, and I feel it may be unwise to taint any case "saveit" may have against these parasites !

Yes!!!! we will send Special Delivery to all six ,same letter to get the point across....................German ones as well...Thank you so much for the help and support .I just think that such a !!!! up by them desrves a letter to their homes, just typed out like their own companies are Magic Briliant :T
