Abbey Zero for stoozing?

My girlfriend will be applying for the Abbey Zero card to use for our spending abroad and to do a balance transfer.

According to Abbey's website, it's 0% on purchases for 6 months so does this mean she can spend overseas and stooze money until end of 0% deal or does the 0% not apply to overseas spending?

Hope you can help.
