All the plots that have been built have already been sold and have people living in them well part from their £500,000 show home which is nearly twice the price of the house we were buying!
I reckon the £500k show home is worth a lot less now than when you first started in February, why not make a cheeky offer, you never know it might be accepted!!!

House prices have only fallen by about 7% since their peak last October, and about 6% compare to this time last year...not 60%!

Anyone who thinks that their mortgage company wont find a way to retract an offer if it's no longer in their interests has a big shock coming.
