All the plots that have been built have already been sold and have people living in them well part from their £500,000 show home which is nearly twice the price of the house we were buying!

I reckon the £500k show home is worth a lot less now than when you first started in February, why not make a cheeky offer, you never know it might be accepted!!!

House prices have only fallen by about 7% since their peak last October, and about 6% compare to this time last year...not 60%!

...and as you can see, the rate of fall in the last month is significantly less than it was the month before.

Anyone who thinks that their mortgage company wont find a way to retract an offer if it's no longer in their interests has a big shock coming.

See that HUUUUUUUGE contract with all that teeeeeeeny-tiny writing?

That's your @rse that is. It's your @rse about to handed to you on a plate.

    No offence.
Bankruptcy isn't the worst that can happen to you. The worst that can happen is your forced to live the rest of your life in abject poverty trying to repay the debts.
