If you really want to get to the bottom of why it doesn't have alloys you could try phoning the previous owner - details on the V5 when you get it back. Obviously depends on how many owners and how comfortable you are phoning someone out of the blue.
You could also try phoning the original dealer - details should be in the service book or they normally put their details on the number plates.0 -
Did it originally come from a main dealer or an agent? It could be an import spec.Praying at the church of MSE should be compulsory!

It orginally came from a main dealer.
I have yet to draft a letter to the car supermarket that I bought it from, but I might be brave enough to call/write to the previous owner to see if they can shed any light about why it doesn't have any alloys0 -
Not all Citroen SX come with alloys. It could of been in stock for a while before being registered, so it could be an older spec than its registration year suggests.(".)0
