Some of the things in our box are; Windows Live OneCare, Microsoft Branded Goodies, and a copy of Halo 3 Limited Edition to name a few.[/FONT]

Exploring Windows Terms & Conditions for ‘Win a box of Microsoft SWAG’ Competition


1.[FONT=&quot] [/FONT]ELIGIBILITY: This competition is open to any person resident in the United Kingdom. Employees of Microsoft or its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies are not eligible, nor are members of these employees’ families (defined as parents, children, siblings, spouse and life partners).

2.[FONT=&quot] [/FONT]TO ENTER: Entry into this competition may only be made by persons who have emailed the correct Microsoft email address ([EMAIL="ewcomp@microsoft.com"]ewcomp@microsoft.com[/EMAIL]) with their answer to the question “Windows Vista has some great features such as: Instant Search, Windows Defender, Windows Firewall, Internet Explorer 7 and Flip 3D amongst many others. We want to know in 20 words or less what you love about Windows Vista?” as posed in the Exploring Windows UK newsletter June 2008 edition. Entries will not be returned. Only one entry per person will be accepted. Incomplete, damaged, defaced or illegible entries may be deemed invalid at the sole discretion of Microsoft. Entry constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Microsoft reserves the right to disqualify anyone in breach of these Terms and Conditions.

3.[FONT=&quot] [/FONT]TIMING: This competition runs from 30th June 2008 at 00:01. The closing date of this competition is10th July 2008 at 23:59 .Completed entries must reach Microsoft no later than the closing date.

4.[FONT=&quot] [/FONT]USE OF DATA: Personal data which you provide when you enter this competition will not be used for any future Marketing material that Microsoft may send you.

5.[FONT=&quot] [/FONT]SELECTION OF WINNERS: There will be two winners who will be selected by Microsoft and an independent judge on or before the 11th July based upon the most creative, interesting, humorous, and the best use of language. In the event that two or more people have the correct answer, we shall be drawing you name at random from the correct entries.

Prize as stated and non transferable. No cash or other alternatives available. Microsoft reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Microsoft cannot guarantee the performance of any third party and shall not be liable for any act or default by a third party. Participants in this promotion agree that Microsoft will have no liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses, costs, damage or disappointment of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly from acceptance, misuse or use of a prize, or from participation in this promotion. I love the fact I can customise it so it looks like XP and you can pretend it's not Vista if you ignore the fact it's twice as bloated and half the speed
