Firstly, you're generalising a bit by only using a single manufacturer in your example.
Secondly, the above is the exact same car I have and in one year I can assure you it's never reached that level of efficiency, but then i've had the gall to drive it on the road and haven't simply tested it in laboratory conditions like the people who supplied your data.0
