I have a loan at 14.9% APR. My recent Barclaycard statement includes a balance transfer cheque at 6.9% LOB. The details state that they are unable to accept transfers from cards or loans within the Barclays group.
Does this mean i can use the cheque to pay off my Co-Op loan or cant you balance transfer loans at all?

I think you need to ask the Co-Op if they will accept the Credit Card Cheque.
If they will, then I think you can pay off the loan with your Barclaycard cheque, however be sure to make sure that there is no existing balance on your Barclaycard otherwise this will become trapped accruing interest whilst your payments simply reduce your LOB balance.0
