I found another site today called opinion people does anyone know much about it?

Thanks

I have been with OP for about 3 and a half months, had few if any surveys for them, but remained on my 49 point initial amount (you get that when you upload your details). I would say: 'not really worth the hassel' but they don't seem to hassel you- they just don't ever send surveys! Unless I just don't match any requirements....for 3.5 months...

Apparently though 49 points is equal to £4.90 so I am waiting another few months to see if I ever get to £10 and can cash out. But does always make me wonder when I get sites like these, are they doing things with my data without me knowing.

Do you build up your points quickly? They might come back and say they will reduce your balance by the 10000 points until you clear that amount again. If you haven't cashed in the voucher, surely it would be easy to return it.
But have to say if you really did think it was wrong, would probably have been best to query straight away. I think they are one of the better sites & even if you have nothing to record you can still get your weekly 500 points.

Hi

I don't know.. i do my weekly 5oo points thing, and i sometimes buy dvds, i think it takes about 3 months for a voucher for me, im not sure. why would i turn down a extra free £10 voucher :D. They havent emailed me back yet though :o. I like consumer pulse best out of all the survey sites im a member of. I guess they'll just take 1000 points off me when i get to that stage. I cant give the voucher back as its in my amazon e wallet.....
:)

Guys just two quick reminders:)

No referral requests or offers are allowed on this board that includes through pm

REFERRAL LINKS/ADVERTISING

Hi, Martin’s asked me to post this in these circumstances: Sorry, referral links and suggestions are only permitted on the Referrers Board. I have asked Board Guides to move any they see on the main boards. If you have any questions about this policy please email abuse@moneysavingexpert.com.

Also regarding pinecone this is an extract from the site rules

Bearing this in mind I'd ask that from now on no referral requests are made or mention of Pinecone use the relevant boards.
Thanks guys:)

Hi guys, I currently have a Onepoll account I've had for around a year and have just over £30 on it, seeing as I can withdraw money at £40, I think I will and it won't be long now. BUT - my brother advised me a while back that it wasn't legal to withdraw on these survey sites? He said I had to sign some document or I could be fined over £100?
I don't know if he was misinformed or what? But seeing as I'd put it into Paypal, surely I can't get fined for it?

few questions for you:

1. did you ask him on the 1st april?

2. did you do something that would make him want to get back at you?

3. was he ever fined/does he have any evidence on this?

I have been able to and many others I know of in person (as well as on here) have cashed out fine. Think your brother was pulling a fast one, and is probably either jelous or now watching you go mental/worry/squirm.
Top tip? don't let on to him that you know (it is fine to cash out and you wont be made to sign anything or pay £100) and find a way to get back at him. Crumbs in his pillow case/duvet, prawns behind his radiators and black paint on his bike seat all spring to mind....:rotfl:

lightspeed let you choose paypal as a payment option. other than onepoll and pinecone i'm not sure there are any others though. There are some others than pay via bank transfer or cheque though
