are these survey sites worth it?(merged)

woow, that Global Test Market thing is worried me a bit, i have been with them since september and just reached 3000 points. i was accumulating. think i should take it out now, lol. requested vouchers from Valued opinions have been 2 weeks already, hopefully turns up soon.

Has anyone else had problems getting vouchers from 'That's What I Think'??? I redeemed points for 2 x £5 Amazon vouchers on 13 November and have received nothing. Points have been reduced on my account and I have sent 2 emails and received no reply to either. It says that vouchers are sent within 72 hours. There are no contact details on the site that I can find either.

Hi angie - when I ordered mine the email said from opinion point redemption, have you checked your spam folder? mine came via email within a couple of hours.

yes the same thing happened to me. They then sent me a voucher that had already been used so i got back to them and they never sent me another one or an email.

I can never see anywhere on there where my points total is or how to redeem, it always brings me back to the home page for some reason.

Just tried it in FF and it worked, but still won't for me in IE
I saw that I had enough points for 1 voucher and then found it said temporarily unavailable for both amazon and firebox. The only options available are the charity donations. Definitely seeming a bit suspicious to me now looks like another survey site going down the pan.

I had problems with these last month, i ordered a voucher but never arrived, i had to do a search for their parent company troy research,which is in US, and emailed them threatening to email top man in the company if i didn't get my reward, 2 days later my reward arrived. HTH
