Can anyone work out how to redeem Ciao rewards?, they seem to want your bank password.
I got my Valued Opinion vouchers within a fortnight.
Toluna are being slow this time about my voucher - last time took 6 weeks.
its not your bank password they want its your ciao password well thats what i used and it worked fine for me and i got paid out ok hth0 -

Just to update that the Pinecone voucher showed up yesterday. So to recap, they did withhold one voucher which cancelled out the one I didn't send back but everything is now back on track!DEBT FREE AND LOVING LIFE0
