They vary but a typical survey is for 50/70 points and the survey length for those would be approx 15/20 mins.
I don't know about them being the best but I find them good, there is usually a reasonable flow of survey invites and generally points are credited straight away.
Minimum payout is low unlike some others, for Paypal it's 345 points for £3.00 credit to your account although there are other payout methods, e.g £5.00 Amazon voucher for 550 points.0 -
I am wondering if anyone else is having problem with My survey vouchers. I ordered Capital bond vouchers from them on 30 April and still waiting for them. I can't believe it takes so long...0

I am so annoyed with My Survey today. I got a survey through yesterday that said it would last for 40 mins and I would receive 190 points if completed. I don't normally do the longer surveys over 25 mins as I find them too boring and monotonous, but I thought I would do this one to try and increase my points so I can exchange them for Paypal. Usually tells me I'm not eligible anyway after the first couple of screens. I got possibly over 3 quarters of the way through the survey, I'd spent probably 35 mins filling it in, then when I clicked to the next screen, it told me it had reached it's quota. !!!!!!???? How is that fair? I don't mind it telling me that after the first couple of screens, but not when I've just spent 35mins of my time filling in their long repetitive boring survey, which has now given me a headache that I can't get rid of. I emailed them asking how that was fair, and got this response.
Dear panellist,
I would like to thank you for your participation in our panel. Our records show that we reached the full quota of survey completions before you could complete the survey.
I regret to inform you that the survey is now closed. Most of our surveys have this so-called quota. The number of participants needed for a certain survey is sometimes reached very quickly and as a consequence the survey is automatically closed. This can happen when you are at any point of the survey, even up to the last question. In order to avoid such problems we advise all panelists to begin answering our surveys as soon as possible.
Even though you did not complete the survey, we do thank you for your participation by rewarding you with 10 MySurvey entries.
Once again, thank you for your participation. Please do not hesitate to contact me in case you have more questions.
10 mysurvey entries??????????? GEE FANX!!!!!!!!!!
So basically what they're saying is they can make you fill in a survey 40 mins long then tell you on the last question it has reached it's quota. Therefore they don't have to give you any points but they get all the information they need. I'm disgusted with them!!! SCAMMERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!0 -

I understand how you might feel. I am very annoyed with them as well when my hard earned £10 capital bond voucher is still not arrived. What they are saying is that the vendor is experiencing the issue and was not processing the orders for May. I ordered it on 30 April!!! I am wondering if I will ever receive it... Stir away from My Survey!!!!0 -
When you think about how many hours you put into answering these surveys, I don't think they are worth it for the small reward you get back for them. It might feel good getting the rewards when you exchange your points, but if you added up all the hours you'd spent answering stupid questions that make no sense it really isn't worth it. That's why I usually only do the shorter surveys because more often than not, on the longer ones, there has been a problem, and I haven't got the points. Makes me wonder if they do it on purpose. From now on, I will only be answering the shorter surveys and I don't care how long it takes me to rack up the points. I might even stop altogether after I've got enough to get £20 paypal back. I'm sure they wont miss me, and I wont miss them! Hope you get your capital bond voucher soon. I've only ever exchanged for paypal and haven't had a problem with that.0

I think my expectation would be that they would apply the quotas to people *starting* the survey, so the quota couldn't possibly be filled whilst you were in the process of doing the survey. If people drop out without completing the survey then their places could be added back to the quota to give other people a chance to do it.0

It can happen on ANY survey site (it happened to me just the other day), and most give you NOTHING if you're screened out, so hardly makes MySurvey scammers. It's annoying yes, but quite a rarity in my experience and I'm not sure how you would expect them to deal with it.
Because they basically said its tough! We've got all the information we need, and you're getting nothing. If I hadn't have emailed them, I would have got nothing. It didn't even tell me to click the screen to get my points for attempting to answer it which it usually does if it screens you out. I don't mind it screening me out on the first few questions, but not 35 minuntes into it. I expect them to deal with it, by closing the survey when enough people have clicked on it to answer the questions in the first place, not when they've basically got all the information they wanted anyway. As I said, it's not the first time it's happened on the longer surveys, they seem to get right to the end and then something 'goes wrong' and you can't get back into the survey. Never seems to happen near the beginning funnily enough, just when they have what they need without having to give you any points for it. This is why I think they're scammers. It's my opinion and I'm entitled to it, why are you so bothered, do you work for them or something? You seem quite annoyed by my post?0
