Just a warning to anyone tempted to sign up to the One Poll iPhone app to make some cash from doing surveys.
One Poll, but so many reasons not too. I had a flurry of surveys for the first few days and I thought 'yeah, I'll reach that £40 payout level soon'. Suffice to say that despite checking the app for available surveys throughout the day I've not had one in weeks. Which leaves me of the opinion that they just get new users to fill out a couple of dozen surveys and then not send them any more there by not having to pay anyone any cash.

Let me know if you've had a different experience but from my point of view, don't waste your time because you aint going to get the money.

I joined onepoll just over two months ago and have been offered 4 surveys to complete, these surveys have earned me a whopping 20 pence.
I got in contact with them and this was their reply;-

Hi Scabs, thanks for your e-mail.

Of course we take e-mails like yours very seriously. We have thousands of
satisfied members who are earning cash and being rewarded every day.

Indeed we pay out thousands of pounds every month to our members who reach
    the £40 threshold.

We are highly recommended by MoneySavingExpert, Which? and MSN money and
have 4 out of 5 stars on review site dooyoo.

Please feel free to contact me directly if you have any further concerns.

    Cheers

I have got to the point where I don't check anymore and truly feel its a scam to get free surveys completed.

p.s. Does MSE highly recommend this site?

I don't see how onepoll can possibly be a scam when I and 1000s of others are earning money with this site!

They aren't doing referals- its very rare they do and we do tend to advertise and offer up referals the fact when they do, your better off looking for a banner on websites. Sorry- don't kno which websites they advertise on though!

Well if anyone can help now or in the future, give me a PM. I have signed up for 5/6 survey sites already and wanted to join that one too but oh well... :(

I tend to check the site two or three times a day, and am averaging 15p a day over the last 4 weeks (20 days as they don't tend to post surveys at the weekend). And I've won a few of the amazon gift vouchers too, I tend to see it as slow and steady rather than a quick/big earner.

For those saying Onepoll are a scam today I have logged in twice, once mid morning and again just now and have been able to complete 3 short surveys earning myself 30p.

My average has been down lately as I've not been as religious about logging in but given how many people have posted yesterday that they think its not worth it or a scam I thought it worth posting what had been available to me today.
