Is anyone a member of mysurvey?

I tried to join and the site is massively slow for me, it took me about 30 minutes just to sign up. I clicked the confirmation in my email which took another age to load and I have the same problem just logging in and I cannot even complete the extra profile bit at all because it just will not load.

Has anyone else got this problem and found a solution? because I will not be able to complete surveys with these if I cant sort the login thing out. I know its a permanent problem because I've tried to join a number of times and its the same all the time

I have allowed it in cookies etc and its still the same
    Thanx

    Hi,
I just tried logging in and everything seemed to work ok. Maybe you should try again tomorrow or email them to see if they can sort it out. Here is the email address: emma@mysurvey.eu

Hope you get it sorted, I'm signed up with them and think they are pretty good although you don't get as many surveys as some of the others.

Thankyou I have just emailed them. Its not just an odd day its constant, its the only site I have a problem with but maybe they might be able to suggest something. Its just strange I dont have a problem with any other and I do loads of survey sites and cashback sites. It could be a setting somewhere that I have to change but I havent found it yet
    Thanx

Like me and the Gfk tv survey. I cannot understand it, I have done everything to correct the problem but it's still there, and it occurs with three different browsers, two different computers and two different operating systems. And yet I've been doing the survey for two years!

    Weird and very frustrating.

Could be your virus protection- some sites use cookies to remember you so when you log in, things go smoothly (apparently) but may virus protection/s will destroy the cookies that some sites they dislike put onto your computer.

I am not sure how you do it, but I think it is possible to allow cookies from certain sites. I know how to do allow downloaded stuff on the windows defender (Start--> control panel--> Security--> Allow a programme through Windows Firewall then pick the programme you want) but not sure how to for sites- and then again, not 100% that this is actually the problem- but could be.
I has similar problems when my virus protection was AVAST! now I use AGV and when I used a free trial or Norton, I had no problems with the sites. HTH.

Well, that might be possible, although I have allowed the site into all blockers etc, and the firewall, I don't think I've allowed cookies. Trouble is, I get so far in the survey, which means everything has been allowed, and it's only on the fifth page that the next button stops functioning.

But thanks for the tip, I'll go off and investigate. Fingers crossed.

Has anyone else joined myonlinepanel, i got my first survey from them today(joined 23 april) for 280 points(1250 needed to get £10, thereafter 625 to get £5), seems like a good site with high paying surveys(takes around 4 or 5 to get to cashout).

i'm already up to 555 points so quite good really, faster than i get lightspeed points anyhow.

they payout with codes that you have to take to another site to get vouchers, sort of like gfk does

Also got a payment from OW again, £1.50 this time, so they still keep paying me. :D

Good luck with OW, I have to say they were my no.1 to drop but if it works for you, carry on!:o

I have not heard of myonlinepanel, do they have any other name?/does the URL myonlinepanel? the reason I ask is that they don't appear on the survey police site and so have not had any reviews or been verified yet- thats not to say they don't exist or are bad news, it just means they haven't had a proper review yet. Hope they turn out ok for you, be good to hear how it goes.

No other name, they're a .co.uk site for us, but they also have a .fr site as well. Yeah i noticed they weren't on survey police, but they're listed in the forums by one member as one of their top 50 sites.

It seems they've been around for at least 6 months, maybe more, sa always though i'll be sure to post back here when/if i do get any sort of payment from them.
