ok, so here is my second post about this as the first got scrubbed out, unfortunatly I am not allowed to put in links, even if I googled for them/they are not referal links.
So here goes!
I am joined to over 17 survey sites, I do surveys every day and have been doing surveys for 5 years in total.
As a result of these, my grand total is.....
£30
this is not alot of money, for alot of my time and I am not sure if I should carry on or which to stop...
I am just wondering if anyone else has found any of the listed surveys not worth it, that they dont pay up/problems with sending out rewards, poor email replies, not adding on points... whatever it is, I just want to reduce my current near 20 survey sites down to much less.
I am joined to all in the poll I have made, and in addition, I am alos joined to...
Opinion World, Neilsen, Voice in a Crowd, Synovate, Harris, Saros, Brain Juicer, Opinion People, Spot survey, Mi-info and Ciao
EDIT!!
After many posts, I feel the need to state here that although Pinecone is a fantastic survey site, they do not often recruit.
Joining Pinecone is done by clicking on a banner (which I have yet to witness) or via referral.
With referals, members need to be sent a referal link by Pinecone. This does not happen very often at all.
Best thing to do is to wait to see if anyone offers a referal link first rather then asking for one.

well not for sucj little money no
ive earnt well over that in the last year alone - do you check your emails regular?0 -
Oh by the way there is a certain high(er) paying one on their you dont mention0

I'm with quite a few (too many to count) and some are worth it, some aren't.
These are my top favourites (in no particular order):-
Pinecone Research - £4 for every completed survey
MyTNS - Nectar points
Lightspeed Research - Points which you can turn into paypal, money or gifts
Ipsos - Points turned into vouchers
OnePoll - varied from 5p to 20p for answering a few questions, very quick
Valued Opinions - Points turn into voucher
Harris Poll - Points turn into gifts or Paypal (in euros)
American Consumer Online - normally pay £2 per survey and sometimes test things
The ones I think are a waste of time are:-
Hotspex - takes forever to get any points
Surveyspot - normally you get an entry into their sweepstakes, and play their scratch card game, nothing more (used to pay cash)
Ciao - 10p for a 20 minute survey is pants (they used to be good, boo!!)
Consumer Research Online - Been with them since Jan and not a single peep out of them.
I am with some others but they're not really worth mentioning.
How many surveys do you get? £30 for 5 years seems really bad to me. Have you completely filled out your profiles? Worth checking.
I'm sure some more surveys will come your way.Mortgage: Was: £154,495 Oct 2039 Now: £82,869.54 May 2037Swagbucks ~ £130 (2024 ~ £395)Surveys ~ £131.04 (2024 ~ £280.14)Make £2025 in 2025 #5 ~ £964.62 ~ (2024 ~ £2,561.04)0 -
I managed to get about £40 of amazon vouchers from valued opinions over the past year or so which isnt that bad i dont think!
I keep meaning to do the yougov ones, sure i could make a bit from that!0 -
wow! I get emailed regularly, am usually able to complete on in every 10 I recon, but get about 10 a day plus in the week, about 5 at the weekend, I go and change or redo the personal profiles but only about every 4-6 months so maybe I should be doing that, but nothing changes about me, so I rarely need to alter much.
Thankyou Purplevamp for the 'pinecone research' and TNS which I will now join, maybe I am just unlucky, in all my life I have never won a competition, despite about 10 years of doing the lottery every other week with "lucky" dips- not even £10, do you think this is a record?! think I am born unlucky lol!0 -
I mainly use IPSOS and MySurvey (aka MyTNS).
Been with both about a year now, and have earned £40 in WHSmith vouchers from IPSOS, and about £35 in Nectar points from MyTNS.
I gave Toluna a go, waste of time. Currently using Onepoll, it's surveys are quick but it takes ages to get to the £40 threshold!0 -
I've tried lots of survey sites too, but the ones I feel are worth your time and that pay out are;
Ipsos
Values Opinions
Pinecone Research
Lightspeed
Juicy Brains
Have fun!0 -
Thankyou so much to everyone for your time and advice.
I have joined 6 new survey sites:
American Consumer Online,
My TNS
Pinecone Research
Consumer Pluse (I am allowed to be a panel volunteer but not yet surveys unitl I get an invite )
and OpinionBar.
I am going to stop many of the others, I have checked with all of them and saw few resluts if any- glad its not just me with an issue with Ciao! fed up of doing the whole survey then "not qualified" comes up! Thankyou everyine, you have saved me hours of frustrtation!0 -
Mutualpoints are good - just got a cheque for £25.
Ipos are good too - had loads of vouchers from them.
Does anyone know if Opinionbar is OK. I have reached £50 but they want to pay into a bank account rather than send a cheque - is this safe?
I don't bother with Surveyspot.An average day in my life:hello: :eek::mad: :coffee::coffee::coffee::T:rotfl: :rotfl:

I find Valued Opinions to be quite good, had about 13 x £10 Tesco gift cards from them to date with £11 pending. been with them about 2 years though.
Found a few more to be quite good, survey.com (I think) a few of theirs have lead to other real life particapation surveys. Best 1 was £50 to call up for a car insurance quote with 6 diff companies that they selected. Was a bit more involved than simply phoning. Had to call the freephone number first to go through their recording system. But £50 for less than 2 hours work.
Indiefield are also a good 1 to keep an eye on. Had a few £10 surveys off them. they just send you out a cheque. (cant find the link tho. sorry)
I keep an eye on http://cheapdealsuk.net/survey.aspx
They always seem to have a load of up to date survey sites on.
Ciao I would avoid tho. Had an email off them earlier asking me to complete a 40 minute survey. If I completed the whole thing I would receive £0.10 in my Ciao account. Had loads very similar from them over the past year or so.0
