Hi all,
Can I get your understanding of a company let? as it would seem my landlord has misinformed the estate agents how let the flat on his behalf and now I am stuck in a non professional renting situation with very disruptive tenants in the flat below.
When I informed the lady from the estate agents regarding the current living situation, she said that my current living situation is not what her understanding of company let that the landlord told her.
Got a written statement from the estate agents which clearly shows there was a misunderstanding from the beginning between the landlord and estate agents, which has now ended up with me being misinformed and in a situation I would of avoided if correctly informed.
Do I have good grounds to get out my contract? on 12 months with a 6 months get out clause.
