It amazes me that so many banks are going with Multi Factor authentication for their online banking and smile don't have this info on tap..
Apples, even if they could access the IP address & tell you I don't see what good it would do. The best you could do would be to trace which country it was from, which is of no help to you. Smile are unlikely to take any action, i.e. get the police involved, as there has not been any monetary loss, even although technically a crime has been committed, and I don't suppose the police would be bothered if you contacted them directly.
If Smile will open a new account for you would they also transfer your DD's etc over to save you any hassle?A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effortMortgage Balance = £0
