Which Digital Camera....for the parents.

We're looking for a digital camera for my parents. So we're not talking top of the range here, just 3MP or so. I've a Canon IXUS II which is perfect, but its discontinued now, so I can't get them the same as mine.
Requirements:
* Easy use - they're not that technologically gifted
* Not going overboard on the capabilites. 3MP will do, mainly photos and a small amount of video requirements
* It MUST be compatible with Windows 98 (1st Edition!!!)
* USB connection.
* around £120 or so.
* SD card compatible would be handy - you can get a 128MB one for £10 on amazon.
I was thinking about the Canon PowerShot A410 Silver Digital Camera
http://www.amazon.co.uk/exec/obidos/ASIN/B000B5M36I/qid=1128934263/sr=1-9/ref=sr_1_2_9/026-3086777-8399645
but, from the websites I see half say its Windows 98 SE minimum while others say 1st will be fine. I don't want to take a gamble here, it needs to work on 1st Edition. So, I'm looking for something similar to that, spec wise.
Any suggestions ????

Yes, buy it and get a cheap card reader from somewhere, about £10 should get it delivered from ebuyer or somewhere.

That camera is well rated for a cheap good camera.
Also try budget Nikon coolpix range.0 -
I can't fault the Nikon Coolpix 4100 I got from 7dayshop for ease of use (point and shoot or many other settings if you want to use them). Not sure whether it works with 98 1st Edition and it looks like it has now been superceded by the 4600:

A bit of research should show whether this is compatible with your OS.0 -
If you like canon stuff I've bought lots from here... They are often brand new but discontinued or about to be
