    Being cheeky I know but want to cover all points.

    Well, for the first 6 weeks of SMP she won't get 90% of her wages, as 90% of f*ck all is f*ck all! And if she hasn't been earning any wages, she wouldn't have paid National Insurance, so won't be entitled to SMP at the flat rate or Maternity Allowance either. Or Jobseekers Allowance, wouldn't have paid into State Pension or anything else that is based on NI.
    I consider myself to be a male feminist. Is that allowed?
