Quidity card withdrew cashback

When i joined Quidity they offered cashback like quidco do. I had about £40 pending then suddenly about 3 months ago it dissapeared from the site, when i emailed them they said they have stopped it now, but i responded that they should still pay out what i had earned and they replied that they are currently looking into what to do about people requesting there money, that was a couple of months ago and still not heard anytrhing so i emailed last week again, and have not had a reply, i just wondered if anyone else had similar problems or any ideas of how i can get them to pay up
