F.A.O Barclays Bank customers - re Bank Charges Complaints

Hello all, this is mainly aimed at Barclays customers..I was just wondering if anybody, like myself has recently received a letter from Barclays Current Accounts with an update on the bank charges case in the High Court??
I got one about a couple of weeks ago, without giving you the entire content on here, it covered areas like:
- What is happening with the OFT v Barclays and Others in the High Court
- What the first trial was about
- What the judgment said
- What happens next (with the Case Management conference obviously taking place between 7 - 9th July..)
- What this all means to my complaint (basically they just reiterated the fact that my case remains on hold - and that banks will continue to ask County & Sheriff courts to keep cases relating to unauthorised charges on overdrafts on hold until test case process in concluded)
- Further help - (Stating that I have the right to utilise the F.O.S - but that they will still not be acting on any complaints until the legal proceedings between banks and the OFT have been concluded).
- Further information (they provided a website with a copy of the full judgment)
And it concludes with them saying 'Thank you once again for your patience'. I don't know whether I should feel encouraged that Barclays are sending letters to this effect? keeping you updated on the test case... what I will say is though, that Barclays are saying that "the banks are pleased that the court has agreed that their current charges are not unenforcable penalties".
