hi all im knew to all this and would appreciate your help.
my partner has a credit card (iv never had one so bit clueless) and the interest is ridiculous an a friend told me she had heard martin on the radio saying that you can change credit card to another and as long as you dont spend on it then payments purely come off balance no interest. is this true? what credit card is that? iv tried searching but i must be doing it wrong ((

a 0% balance transfer card would do the trick if you have good credit the only other way to pay no interest is to pay off the balance in full each month0
