in Credit cards
Hi everyone, hope ur all well and trying to save money. i just wanted to mention a point concerning Capital One. I believe there was one mention that it was worth trying to cut the int rate from your current providers. i called Cap One and they were as helpfull as a chocolate fireguard! they wouldnt consider lowering my existing rate or transfering me to one of their 0% cards, they said i need to transefer out and then back in again. Bloody rediculous! My warning is if you alert them they may want to get sticky! Surprise 2 days later i get a letter saying they are raising my minimum monthly %, which has been in place for 6 years!
