Well 35 weeks from 20/6/08 leads you to the end of Feb next year. So I would guess they're going to review your DD then.

I guess they choose 18 months to estimate because it includes 2 winters and only one summer so it is a bigger bill for them to charge you.

the end of Feb next year seems possible,
I got a payout January this year so a review in feb is likely but they ain't getting what they ask for anyway,
its not on DD but a budget card , not a prepay meter but the tarrif is probably the same
