Orange World (interent) capped prices

My lad has just fallen foul of this. Look at the Orange web site and it says that internet access is capped at £2 day. But, apparently, unless you register for this free offer you get charged the old rate which works out very expensive. Nowhere on the web site on the Orange World pages does it say anything about the need to request this or even how to. Quite why anyone would not want the price capped is beyond me, oh no Mr Orange you need the money more than I do, take the lot - NOT!

It seems to me that either Orange have mis-charged my lad OR they are guilty of mis-selling since they fail to mention the need to register for this free cap.

my orange phone which i got nov 07 already had the internet access cap on...i didnt need to do anything to get it on...im on the dolphin £40 i think and to be honest ive not been charged a penny for it yet lol

maybe try ringing them about it ? see what they say
