Anglian windows Sending out Bogus Debt collectors

If anyone decides to go with them, Record, tape photo and film as much as you can, as i believe my experience with them has been the worst any person will ever experience, i am constantly trying to remind myself that not all their people are the same, as i have had to deal with.

Reason i write this is to warn as many people as possible, not because i have ill feeling about this Company, as i am aware companies change, and Anglian have in my experience become Rouge. Nearly 4 years on, and it takes FENSA and the GGF to force them to finish the job, and to comply with the legal requirements, that is Building regulations, not FENSA regs, apply to the installation of windows, i have told Anglian a thousand times, but they still believe FENSA regs apply.

I received an email from Consumer Advice today 5th July 2008 and they state, Consumer Advice Service only deals with civil matters this does not include health and safety issues or criminal issues, and you were made aware of this at the beginning of your case, they stated.

Also the Trust Mark Scheme will not take any action against Anglian windows, as they state the Scheme started a year after Anglian started work on my home, even though many events has taken place after 2005, so yet again the Trust Mark Scheme set up by the Government, is offering no protection for Consumers, even though they have all the evidence about Rouge practices used by Anglian windows.

So now i will be getting in Touch with the MP who set the Trust Mark Scheme, as i am trying to put a stop to Anglian using Rouge Practices, so that other People are not subjected to what i have had to deal with.

So it appears, when the bogus Debt Collectors come knocking on your Door, the Government will do nothing for you, So this is the reason why large companies are getting away with this kind of thing, there really is not much hope if things go wrong, i find this whole experience mind blowing, and very frustrating.

In the Mean time, Anyone from Anglian who reads this, Sending out Bogus Debt Collectors, Yes thats right, Bogus!, i have the proof, this is a Criminal Act, do you understand, Criminal ACT, also Putting Fear into People is a Criminal ACT.
Sending out debt collectors before you finish the installation, is not the way to conduct Business, it has taken me 3 years to force Anglian to admit they were wrong, and that, they say they should not have asked for the money, as the job was not finished. Typical also Anglian did not assure me that this illegal act will not happen again no assurance to myself or to their Customers.

Anglian Windows, Obtaining a FENSA Certification for my Installation by Deception, Yes that right by Deception, as you gave me in writing that you would install the legally required plates in this type of bay window, and yet you did not install them, leaving the building in a very dangerous condition for several years, as a result causing damage, and endangering life, you ignored every request to install the plates, after you deceived me into believing that FENSA regs apply only, that is Deception Anglian windows. how many other customers have the same problems with you?. are they ignored also, when they make a complaint?.

Customers beware, Trading standards told me, well, what do you expect, they have given you an apology for this, the Debt collector was not a debt collector so be warned, if they have done this to me, how many other people have they done this, imagine a Man who phones you up and states he wants to collect a debt, will not identify himself, and won't state who he works for, or who sent him, BE WARNED, if this happens contact the POLICE.

In the process avoiding by delay prosecutions. extensive damage caused to my home, and they ignore everyone and everything. all most 4 years of my life wasted because of these people, thousands of hours spent chasing, all of this time was wasted as i have proved they have constantly lied and cheated, so do as i have done record and tape everything, as proof.
if i had known it would have taken this long, i would have put this on watch dog years ago, as i had enough evidence at the time, so don't delay once you have proof, use it. don't allow them to do what they have done to me, as Many Managers have been to my home many times, and have treated me like some kind of idiot, and i have been nice, its just if they cannot answer your questions that's when things start getting nasty.

Not sure if you do know, not so long ago, they took thousands off an 84 year old lady, threatened her with Court action, she was petrified, they did not even provide her with the goods she had nothing, the lady fighting her case had to take it to the Guardian news paper, even they had a bit of a problem getting the ladies money back from Anglian, the lady fighting her case, told me Anglian windows are PIG IGNORANT.
Another senior Citizen, was been forced to hand over the Sales persons Travel fare as she would not let him in, because she had no idea who he was, as the promised Courtesy call was never made.

A Lady i was talking to told me of her story going back a few years ago, involve yet again another Senior Citizen, this lady had big problems with the installation and again got nowhere, her daughter had to eventually step in, and again the trouble she had trying to get Anglian windows to do the job they had been paid to do. these kinds of stories just don't stop.

So it's not just me having problems, reading on the internet, i think things are not good for them.

Anglian windows ignored FENSA and the GGF their Governing bodies for about 5 Months, Consumer Direct for about same time, they ignore everyone.

Refusing to leave after your employees start shouting, and this happened many times, when i write to complain you ignore my letters, Why did you do this, so many questions ANGLIAN and you never answer Why?.

It's not very Professional or nice, you have not even provided me with the most basic level of service.
Why even bother to Advertise, stating you provide the highest Customer Care, very questionable.
Promising to repair damage, then ignoring every request to repair this damage, to date 3 years you ignore every thing.

You don't hear me shouting on the phone, i only write with politeness, even explaining i believe your company to be reputable, not been rude or nasty, and yet you ignore your Customer, you know how much damaged you caused, what is wrong with your Company.

Your Employees Stating Building regulations don't apply to the installation of New Windows, and using this as your *WildCard* for over 3 YEARS, yes 3 years, Telling me that only FENSA regs apply, when you know full well, there is no such thing as FENSA regs.

I have the recordings, this is misleading and deceitful, and why Trading standards are doing jack nothing is beyond belief, the only thing i can do is get this on Watch dog.

In Jan 2005 Anglian installed windows for me, in Dec 2005 they were paid, when they next asked for payment when they finally stated the installation is complete, and they were paid, what they asked for, they had not finished the work, but i did not want any more nasty suprises.

Even after they knew the windows were not complete, they put the pressure on, by sending out bogus debt collector, he was sent in Late June 2005, the reason they sent the bogus debt collector was to get paid, as simple as that even though windows were still on order, and men believe it or not, were still working on the property.
The bogus debt collector stated in writing that he was a National Debt Recovery Manager.

I have made this complaint through the years to Anglian never have i got any response, not until i complained with the evidence to FENSA and the GGF, then they were forced to answer, and stated in writing from Anglian and has taken them 3 years to answer the question why did they send a debt collector, they stated in writing, that the MAN was not a debt collector and that he was an Installations Manager, and part of the Installations Managers Job, is to ask the customer when the job is complete for the Money.

Nice try Anglian why not try telling the truth, 3 years it took you to answer my complaint, and you state this, he was not my installations Manager, as my installations Manager was standing next to me at the time.

The Debt collector was sent out by your Finance Director, and the question is, who briefed this man ? , this man i had never met before you sent him out from his home town, in Newcastle, you sent him to Manchester for a few days to collect 2 debts, and i believe another customer may have been subjected to this horrific ordeal, my knees went weak, not because i am soft, but because this Man would not identify himself as an Anglian Employee, i had to question this man for 15 minutes before i finally got the answers i needed, and that was what was his name, and who did he work for, i was worried items would be removed from my home, having no experience in such matters, yes you did get this in writing when i complained, and you did receive every letter as all were signed for, and received as i obtained all receipts, as been signed for.
Deceitful and Nasty trick to play on People, and yet you ignore all of this, why?.

The Bogus debt collector i did not know until this year that he was bogus,
at the time would not leave my property on his 2nd visit, denying he was a debt collector, i was about to call the police then in defiance he went to his car, took out a camera, and started taking photos of myself and my father, i have no idea to this day where the photos are, Anglian will not respond.

Anglian i want to know, what did this man do with the photos?. i have asked you many times, don't you think it's about time you start answering some questions, as i don't think the GGF and FENSA, should have to keep forcing you to do everything, bite the bullet and start talking to me.

They caused so much damage which was extensive, i have all the photos and everyone i have asked has said this is negligence, which is what i claimed.
Today in June 2008, I am still waiting, Anglian ignore every request. i am not joking they just ignore, if they are here, on site they look at me with a blank expression, on their faces.
In June 2005, they state that their insurance will deal with this and in writing, i have never heard from any insurance, and every request to Anglian have gone unanswered, even the Chief Executive of the GGF have asked them many times on my behalf, goes unanswered.

There is worst to come, i have a recording that one of their Senior installations Manager left on my answer machine, after i put the phone down on him, as he would not listen to me, when i stated to him that building regulations do apply to the installation of new windows, as my bay windows was been damaged because they had not installed the legally required spreader plates to carry the weight, they had rested the main structural supports on the windows products , crushing the windows, and could have collapsed, and windows could have exploded.

He says in the recording that building regulations do not apply to your installation of new windows, and that the only regulations that do apply are FENSA regs.
FENSA, the GGF and Building control, have stated that building regulations do apply, and not FENSA regs as there is no such thing as FENSA regs.
Anglian even put it in writing that the spreader plates would be installed, the second time the bay was replaced for new, No spreader plates were installed yet again, even when i asked where are the spreader plates to the engineers on site, they stated again building regs don't apply so we don't have to install spreader plates.
Again the bay was damaged, i had a report conducted by a consultant, as Anglian refused to deal with the damage, and stated the window products are Guaranteed, would they let me claim under it, no i could not.

Consumer direct forced them to attend and carry out an inspection, this took 7months Anglian even though this was been delt with at a local level, strangely sent appointments to addresses in Liverpool, as i live in Manchester this was odd, but they have their reasons for this, and it's to waste your time. when i finally get a visit, they stated they are fed up with this and refused to carry out the inspection, and left, one was a Manager.

Anglian refused to accept my report conducted by a highly regarded consultant who carries out consultancy work for the GGF.
Because Anglian windows refused for about 5 months to speak to both FENSA and the GGF, FENSA conducted an inspection as Anglian would not talk to them this was carried out, without Anglian been present, The inspection failed on structure.
Anglian refused this report, they at first denied that they had received the report, and stated things to the GGF like check mate.
For Anglian this is about Money and treat this kind of thing like a game of chess.

Eventually FENSA and Anglian were together for the first time, again inspection carried out to reveal a fail yet again.
It was agreed the plates be installed, a date set, and in they went, post inspection nightmare, Anglian give their approval great job they stated, there were other issues but it will take me too long to explain, so i will keep this as short as possible, then a month later the FENSA inspector is around again, you guessed it, it was yet again another fail.

This time the bay is now dropped and cracking of the external walls, because they allowed the bay to drop, they squashed the windows in place, cutting down the sill, half in height to allow the window to fit, windows uneven etc.
Again in this month June 2008, another visit is been planned, i have had Trust mark conducting an investigation, Building control wanted to prosecute but they needed to be notified with in 6 months, of any breaching in Building regs, so they have got away with this, Trading standards cannot prosecute for the debt collector incident, as i left it too late to report, my MP is involved.

I have their employees on film shouting at me and my father, as they had already told so many lies, and could not go back on these, as they were told i was recording everything for my protection, because of this, when i asked them questions on site, they could not answer, they then became frustrated and then bizarre behaviour patterns occurred like shouting etc.

I even wrote and told the Chief Executive what was happening and the Directors, but i never received a single reply never, not once, and yet this kind of abuse continued, all this has been reported to FENSA and the GGF Trust mark scheme MP, etc.

Trading standards , for some strange reason are unwilling to help, my theory on this is they have had their fingers burned by Anglian as i believe they use Barristers, this is my theory and has not been proved, so i appriciate if this is never quoted.

At the time of Anglian arriving to start work in Jan 2005, and causing all the damage i had just finished 3 years in College that is 3 evening a week, 3 hours each evening all my weekends taken up studying and sitting tests every week, and still having to work full time, no holiday for 3 years as the studying was condensed, my exams were supposed to be sat at a Matrix centre, so the idea was have a holiday which i went to places like Australia New Zealand on my return, have my home finished sit the exams and sell up and away i go.

Well i never got to sit the exams with all that was going on with Anglian, i still have not sat them 3years on, as i have had to work dammed hard to get this far, with this company, all my leave for 3years stolen as i see it , weekends taken writing letters contacting people etc, unable to sell up because the building is not legally safe.
the one thing that really gets me about this whole thing, is the abuse my father was subjected too in this matter, i had to ask my father not to be present when these people come out, as it really saddened me when i think of some of the stuff that was said to us both, my father was only acting as a witness.
they have wasted so many peoples time and efforts, in this matter, to think how valuable time is and how quickly it passes, i have missed so many holidays so much fun has been missed by this ordeal, and i had never asked them once in all these years for Compensation until this years, that request has been ignored, and my request for my losses have been ignored, this is money i have laid out for repairs to my floors plaster work, reports bricks etc, all of which they have ignored, so my advice think about who you get to install your windows, something that most people are not ware off, is you and only you are legally responsible for ensuring these people are compliant with building regs, if they carry out work and are not complaint you will be forced to put right as a home owner, but they can be prosecuted but you have to act fast in order for this to happen, Building control at your council have a little window, and not much time in order for them to prosecute. know your rights before allowing companies into your home.

Anglian are probably a great company if all goes well, if not you may get a holiday in the NEXT LIFE, By the way i was told by one of the Directors who has promised to see this through to a successful finish has told me this is the worst he has heard about, and that Anglians customers are very happy with the service, and that the Chief Executive had been sacked, but i heard this back in around January, appologies chiefy if i have had you sacked, but you have had it coming for a long time.
Respect your customers, do what is asked and never mind stating things like the window sills form no part of the contract, and ignoring complaints by sticking you head in the sand.
