Help - Quote please on last minute beach deal but only 5/6 nights!

Hi
Can anyone help, trying to get a quote for a last minute deal, but as it is not for the normal 7 or 14 nights it seems to be impossible.
I am looking for the following, but seems to be impossible with the normal tour operators/travel agents
:
Airport - Can fly from Gatwick, Luton, Stanstead or Heathrow
Can depart on either 6th or 7th July, but have to return on/by 12th July as flying for business trip 13th pm
Night flights are fine
2 adults
Any board basis
Destination - Ok here is the bit where we are being picky, would like beach resort, hotel preferrably as near to the beach as possible, but not something full of drunks on singles/young holidays. Two female friends looking for a quietish/relaxing beach holiday, but near enough for shops and to be able to go to the nightlife if we want to, rather than it being on our doorstep! Not somewhere too remote and not somewhere full of cafes with english breakfasts! See told you we were picky!
Hotel must have pool, and med/barbados or anywhere similiar considered, the hotter the better!
Will book without fail Monday evening for the right deal.
So travel guys, is there anyone out there that can quote on this, or tell us who could?

www.lastminute.com have a lot of holidays for 5 days for Algarve, Greece, Spain, Egypt, Italy etc.0

Why not search the flights and accommodation seperately choosing how many days etc..
Thats what I do and it's generally cheaper than a package holiday..I would have used my own initiative if someone would have told me to!0
