I am sure I read on here before about how we can donate old inkjet cartridges ( out of date or just not needed any more) to charities.
I would rather do that than throw them out - can anyone enlighten me please?
Thanks in advance.

I send mine to the RSPB recycling appeal, they will provide you with suitable envelopes

Thanks for that - have just used the link. However, I have mostly epson cartridges which they do not accept. Will keep looking but might send the others there if nothing else turns up.0

I have noticed that most of the recycling centres for some reason will not accept epson cartridges, why I do not know there must be something odd about them, maybe someone will enlighten us.

I am sure if you look on the Techie board there is an explanation about why most recyclers don't accept Epsons. It's something about the chips and the way they're made.
No help to charities, but you can get Epsons refilled at CartridgeRight, (used to be Cartridge World) probably other places as well but I've always got on well with them.Signature removed for peace of mind0
