I have had a £5 Amazon voucher but that's it, some surveys I haven't been able to download because of technical problems at their end. I was away all week so despite watching lots of telly (mainly tennis) I haven't done any surveys at all.

I do YouGov surveys but they pay out when you reach £50 - but they usually pay 50p per survey or if really lucky a £1 or more.

I would imagine they can correct that but have tried emailing them in the past to no reply, is there anyway you can call them? I am not sure but its worth looking.

They will reply and if not you a=can telephone they are open from 10am I believe. However the balance of entries will probably be righted by Monday or Tuesday. It really is not worth getting upset about, they are a great company to deal with if you have a problem. Its free to call.;)

  • Thanks for all the advice regarding my balance suddenly disappearing. I spoke with a very helpful young man this morning on the helpline, and he said there has been a glitch affecting many people, but checked my balance on the main system and it is all still there. Fingers crossed for a first win!
