a month after i joined i won £50 in monthly draw,then a few £5 vouchers in the past

you have to do 10 surveys in the month just to qualify for the draw anyway. I stopped doing it because tis a waste of time for me. never won.

I do the tv, radio and web surveys every day - it takes 5-15 minutes to do all of them. Most months I get at least £5 and as I save the vouchers it has really helped with buying things from Amazon for presents or for myself.

yes there are links on the page- I put one at the beginning message and also I think another user put one too, good luck- hope yopu have better luck then I did- I do this survey religiously every day and have yet to see anything !

I really hope someone sees this and may help me. I have been doing these tv surveys for 3 1/2 months now and not won a bean! Logged on to do this mornings questions and am horrified to find my balances have all been wiped out. I am so cross and upset as it is the end of the month so it now looks like I will not have a chance of winning anything this time round either. I emailed them as soon as I saw the problem but no reply. Has anyone else had this happen?

I have been doing these for 2.5 months and before that I tried last year for longer, I have never ever won anything, but then I have never won anything in my life full stop (unless you count cold calling "you have won a holiay all you need to do is pay £500 for it")

I have not had my balace wiped out, thats not fair, I would imagine they can correct that but have tried emailing them in the past to no reply, is there anyway you can call them? I am not sure but its worth looking. I dont think they would reply on the weekend if the email is recent but keep trying inf you get no response tomorrow, they seem like a reputable company- as read above from other people, so I would think that they would contact you, its just I am unlucky.

I have been doing them for 2 or 3 years and in the first 6 to 9 months or so I managed win occasional £5 Amazon vouchers. Since then however I have not won at all. I complete at least 20 surveys each month and the cynic in me reckons that they know they have got me hooked so don't bother putting my name in the hat for the monthly draw anymore.
I have earned further fivers from doing the special surveys as mentioned by mimi but also as mentioned you have to always chase them up for payment.
I am seriously considering emailing them about my suspicions as I am not too fussed if they decide to kick me out. When you go for years without winning it is not worth the effort.

Its a glitch probably be sorted later in the week.;) Has happened to me a few times and they are really good at sorting out probs. I have been doing these for a few years.

I win every month but find its only if I do it every day if I miss say 5 i don't win. At the end of the day its a prize draw.;)

I have never had to chase them, but I leave it at least 6 weeks.
Also my daughter does the young persons one, she also has won a few times and they have always paid in Love to shop vouchers.
