USA style fridge freezer help please

My OH ordered an LG side by side fridge freezer which is due to arrive today
I have just checked the spec for this online and it is too large to go through our upvc front door or back door - was wondering if anyone had removed doors from one of these style units as I would assume that it would involve wiring etc because of the ice dispenser etc - the only other option would be removing door, frame and all:eek:
p.s. the Samsung one is smaller and would have fitted but we have paid for this one and are now commited

Are you sure the spec dimentions are correct?
Sometimes they include the handles of the fridge in the depth.
Mine came with the handles already off and were fitted once it was indoors.
We got an Admiral though,not an LG.“Careful. We don't want to learn from this.”0 -
The specs say 72.5cm depth and the most we have is 70cm - never thought about the handles - I can only assume the handles would be included in the measurement above and with them removed it would probably fit - will keep fingers and toes crossed - been told delivery between 8 - 6 today
