This link here says 18 - that's an option.

Has anyone managed to login to NatGeo recently? It keeps saying "authentication failed" with any combination of u/n & pwd that I normally use. I've tried both IE and FF.

I'd be more than happy to reset my password but I can't see that option anywhere... and if I try to register, it tells me I already am. :(
Many tx to all who post constructively in all the forums!

I think the password has to be 8 or longer as I used a slightly unusual password :)
