Help please with DVD to PSP

I've downloaded Handbrake tonight and tried to add a Movie to PSP. It was really easy as you said, BUT, the quality of the movie on the PSP is rubbish. it jumps all the time and is as if it's on fast forward. Did I do something wrong?

Just looking now, the Windows version doesn't decrypt DVDs unlike the Mac version, so you'll need to copy the DVD onto your computer first using something like DVD Decrypter, and then use HandBrake on the copy of the DVD. Despite using the Mac version, I actually copy my DVDs on to my computer first anyway, as it saves wear-and-tear on the DVD drive.
