DD1 and I went and finished off the glossing at the workshop. Going over to a friends today and will pay the builder at the same time. Weather is looking a bit dubious so not sure about hanging out the washing. Got my co-op divi through yesterday, I'll get a chicken for tea and a bottle of wine for my friend as its her bday tomorrow.
My oldest sister has been at my mums this weekend sorting out her bedroom. My mum is a serial hoarder so it was a mammoth task. Think she was glad to go home.
I've managed to sort out some info for our website which we've been trying to setup since last year. With getting the workshop everything has changed again but hopefully making progress. Got lots of paperwork to complete, forms for change of use and try to get the council tax reduced and a draft of our tenancy agreement. Hopefully getting a letter off our trailer supplier so things can move forward.
Feeling very tired at the mo, even though I'm sleeping ok. Had looked into booking a cottage but not sure we'll have the staff to man the shop.

Very grey and drizzly this morning. Local village is having a street fair, I think the chaps want to go. So the plan is drop them off at the village then I'll go round to the golf club and give my friend a hand and the chaps can meet up with me when they're skint/bored.
Managed to take the dog for a long walk and then we watched Toy Story 3. Had roast chook for tea and even made yorkies though I'm not keen on them. Going to make lasagne tonight and I'll get a ham out for tomorrow and put that in the slow cooker. I'm back to work tomorrow and OH is off for 2 days. DDs are riding tomorrow night so it'll be a late finish.

The ham was lovely. I always have great plans on what to do with the left overs except I never have any! Took the DDs for their riding lesson, DD1 managed to canter, the first time she tried (at a different school) she got bucked off. The instructor was very good and ran round with her, then she did it by herself. She came home and now wants to start jumping, forgive me I've created a monster. Its her birthday next Friday and instead of a party she wants a lesson. DD2's pony was like a thelwell pony he had such a large tummy she struggled to keep her legs on his sides and kept slipping forward. They both enjoyed it.
The youngest 2 had an opticians appointment on Thursday which meant going into town. DS2 continued the trainer saga, walked into Sports Direct and everywhere you looked trainers, trainers, trainers. He announced he didn't like any of them. DD1 held me back before I committed infanticide. Finally he found some hideous monstrosities that they should've paid us to take off their hands. TBH I didn't care, at least he'd got some. The shop was closing down and DD1 wanted some new trackie bottoms and a running top, so she got those whilst we were there as they might've sold out before we came back. She wants to go shopping for her birthday. DD2 got her birthday present of getting her ears pierced, the look on her face when they did it was priceless!!!! The 2 assistants fired the gun after 1,2,3 now I woud've been are we going on 3 or on 2 or is it 1 and go????? Her big brother offered to do it as he's been tagging calves all week, she declined.
All the glass has been fitted in the workshop, the wooden floor has been stained and its looking pretty darned good. Had another bill off the builder which isn't so darned good. The forecourt outside is getting started this week and will look great when its done, its all being blocked paved and will really smarten the place up. OH has signed up for some extra shifts this week so not much progress will be made. My BiL is coming on Thursday night, he's going to offer some financial advice and possibly come in as a sleeping partner.
Glad to get finished at work yesterday as it was glorious. Had to go and pick the chaps up and then took them swimming in the river. They had a good time but the weather today leaves something to be desired.
Need to rebuild the hoover and then shove it round again. Seriously disappointed with Britains Got Talent, I thought the magic act should've gone through rather than some ditsy woman playing a piano. Best get dressed and do something.

2 loads of washing on the line with a beady eye kept on the weather. All childrens bedroom carpets located and checked they are still there. Hoover working and filter been cleaned. Cheese and ham toasties scoffed along with a yogurt. 10 mins on here then off outside.

I started planting my wellies yesterday, only managed to get the bush Lobelia but it should look ok. Weather looks a bit dubious but it looked like this yesterday and never rained. DS1 is going stockjudging today so will have to take him in at some point. Got some Co-op vouchers yesterday so I might see what they've got in the reduced section.
