    House buying is sooooo stressfull! Your not helped my the recent news that prices have gone up a bit, giving him hope that he will get his asking price. Have you not seen anywhere else that you like? You really need to find a seller who is desperate to sell and more willing to negociate!

    I hope you've not blown away or been drowned.

    We're all fine - windy, calm, very wet, now calm again - expect it will be the same repeated throughout the winter here.

    Just lugged home a whole heap (well 6 feed bags) of horsey poo for the new veggie garden - car now very fragrant!
