I recently got my home phone installed by Madasafish. I now want to leave them and go with another supplier. I have been told I need give 28days notice. Does anyone know if Madasafish have a 'cooling off' period (I have been a customer less than a week).
Thanks

Under distance selling laws. I think you get 14 days in which to change your mind. Only applies if you bought over the phone or on line.0
