Well i've got off to a good start, lets hope it can continue...
Moved on to a cheaper internet package with NPower (for gas and electricity), I was previously on their most expensive package, as had not reviewed for over a year. New package which starts with immediate effect will save me £22.00 a month. Had to haggle as they were only going to give it to new users.
Have just come back from dropping an American friend off at the station, who I ran about a bit in June. She asked me if she could contribute to petrol. Normally I would decline, but today I said, "that would be a really nice gesture, thank you. Increased petrol costs are certainly eating into my budget, you're so thoughtful". She gave me £20.00, and my mother-in-law, who was also in the car gave me £20.00 too!!!I learned that courage was not the absence of fear, but the triumph over it. The brave man is not he who does not feel afraid, but he who conquers that fear.0 -

Ok - I've started (sort of?)
Good news - found 1p in carpark
Bad news - that's it so far :-(
Still early days so far - remembered that I'm owed some expenses for some voluntary work that I haven't claimed, so I guess that sort of counts when I get them (sent off claim form today).
Signed up for pigsback, lightspeed, ciao and toluna (I think that's all)
Listed two books on Amazon that didn't sell on ebay
Gonna try and list a couple of items on ebay every day, rather do in one rush.
Getting there......Dealing with my debt - one click at a time0 -

Do vouchers count? I got a recognition award at work and now have £15 in M&S vouchers. It will go towards my £50/month clothes budget so I guess tht means I've saved £15 off it?
Is that how this works?
