Could you start a second thread on the BOS account. it would help as the advice you need on the two accounts my be different.

Re charges

If the account is not defaulted and you want to continue paying it off despite the absence of a legitimate CCA, then reclaim charges where possible. This reduces your debt.

With respect to anyrhing you get back that purports to be a CCA, please can you get it scanned and post it up her and possibly on the CAG web-site? Unfortunately, our own beloved weller is coping with a domestic crisis at he moment and I have seen at least on duff diagnosis from CAG, but at least 90 percent of the time, one or other site could diagnose whether the document id legitimate.
