laptop slow start-up and errors

i have a acer aspire 5003wlmi which is takeing about 45 mins to get properly going from start up,and also getting "runtime error" popping up at times,dont know what this means.any info on these problems would welcomed.thanks

What is the runtime error? I suggest that you have some RAM problems and need a good clean out of your hard drive

Start up your PC in safe mode.
Do an Antivirus and an Antispyware scan.
Download and run ccleaner.
You don't say what your operating system is,or how much RAM you have but defragment your harddrive.
You might also try downloading and running IO Bit Advanced windows care ad see what it suggests, you may have aload of programs trying to run at startup, along those lines you could go into add/remove programs and delete stuff you never use.
If none of this improves the performance, run hijackthis and post the results for the clever people to analyse.

runtime error 203 at 5A00 3E99 is just one error.how do i download ccleaner.

did the ccleaner and coputer is going faster,but still getting runtime error popping up ie 203@636e40bd etc ,what can be causing this,start up is faster but still not fast enough.
