He then moved in with a new girlfriend - I have contact with my ex only by letter because he is abusive. My ex has refused to pay his share towards the mortgage (900+) per month & money I…

Hi, as I bought my house in December, I am now undoubtedly in negative equity. Merged loan/mortgage deals
Have these disappeared off the market due to the recent credit crunch? I'm a first time buyer after a new property and the most manageable option for me would be if any of the above are still available.

Mortgage Arrears Fees

Can a mortgage be 'frozen'?
Hi all Am seriously considering a pretty radical change of career, from a reasonably well paid office IT job, to a not so well paid job as a trainee paramedic... BOI remortgage question
Hi My mortgage for £46000 with Bank of Ireland at a rate of 4.85% comes to an end on 31/10/08. When I called them today they said they have a new policy now that they would not offer any rates until the month of renewal, which in my case is October. As it is only a relatively small mortgage I was looking to stay with my…

Mortgage Arrangement Fees
Shocking!! Can anything be done about these? I've just been charged £3295 to move products within the same company, TMB! I came out of one fixed rate deal on 30th June, and took a new one on the same day. Why so much? It's 2% of the borrowed amount, but is this legal? Can I do anything?
