HSBC lifetime tracker - switching to a fixed later
I got the HSBC LT tracker at 90% LTV - say in 2 years, i decide i want to go for one of their fixed deals (no penalty) - how do they work out which fixed deals im eligble for (IF ANY?) I.e do they still class me as 90% LTV or will they re-value my property? and its likely that i'll be 95% LTV or WORSE!? :p
